JOB DESCRIPTION

Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Rep in Erie, PA.

• As a Customer Service Rep you will;
• Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
• Perform clerical work such as operate office equipment, use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and data entry
• Provide customer service by conferring with customers to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

This is a full time opportunity.

Pay rate : $16 / hr.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
